What materials do you work with?
All of our custom jewelry is made from 14k gold, 18k gold, 20k rose gold or platinum in combination with precious stones such as diamonds, emeralds, rubies, and sapphires. We are also able to work with pearls and semi precious stones. The options are almost limitless, but we do not work with sterling silver, or anything gold plated or vermeil.
How do I begin the custom order process?
Just fill out the form below with your information, and you can expect to hear from us within 3 business days. In the meantime, create a moodboard with pieces that you LOVE and we will work with you to create something special within your budget.
How long does the custom process take?
Most custom pieces are completed within 2–6 weeks from your initial consultation. The timeline varies depending on the design's complexity, stone sourcing, and production details. Because each piece is made specifically for you, the process includes design discussions, material sourcing, custom model creation, and handcrafting your jewelry with skilled artisans in New York City.
Can I make an appointment to discuss my ideas with someone at NicoleHD Jewelry?
Yes! We have an office in NYC and a showroom in NJ, and would be happy to set up an appointment to meet you in person to discuss your ideas and explain our process. If you can’t make it to our area, don’t worry, we can easily meet online and accomplish all the same goals
