LOCATION
Do You Have a Showroom?
Yes! We have a showroom in Livingston, NJ and an office in New York City.
What are your hours of Operation?
Someone at NicoleHD Jewelry is available to answer your emails and phone calls;
Monday - Friday from 10AM until 5:30PM EST.
Our Livingston showroom is open by appointment;
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10AM until 5:30PM EST.
You may schedule an appointment in our NYC office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
How Do I Book an Appointment?

Can You Work With Someone Remotely?
Yes! We work with people remotely all the time! Instead of coming to our showroom in NJ or our NYC office we will meet with you by FaceTime or Zoom. We will discuss what you are interested in, whether it is loose diamonds for a new ring or something fabulous from our showroom display.

Do You Create Custom Jewelry?
Yes! A big part of our business is custom jewelry. We make engagement rings for clients all the time, as well as wedding bands, cocktail rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. What is your jewelry made from?
All of our jewelry is crafted in 14k gold, 18k gold, or platinum and features natural diamonds and genuine gemstones.
How Do I Figure Out My Ring Size?
Good question! Best way to figure this out is with a NicoleHD Jewelry ring sizer. Contact us and we can send you one.
Does My Gift Card Expire?
No! NicoleHD Jewelry gift cards do not expire, but don’t wait too long to come visit us! We have lots of beautiful jewels in stock!
If I am buying a gift for someone and want to include a note what do I do?
Just click on Gift Message and write what you want written on the card and we will include a handwritten note with your gift.
REGISTRY
Do you have a gift registry?
Yes! You can create a gift registry online or you can make an appointment to come to our showroom in New Jersey and we can help you!
Are your registries protected by a password?
Yes! All of our registries are password protected.
When Should I Register?
We recommend 3 - 8 weeks before an event/birthday where friends/relatives are looking to get you something they know you will love.
ORDERING
When will my order ship?
Items on our website that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 4-8 weeks for made to order items. All of our packages are shipped through UPS and are fully insured and require a signature.
Can I change / cancel my order?
Please contact us at info@nicolehdjewelry.com and we will be happy to help you! In general, orders can be changed or canceled before they are fully processed.
Can I use multiple coupon codes for a single order?
No, only one coupon code can be applied to each order.
When will I be charged for a made-to-order item?
You will be charged when your order is placed. Most made-to-order pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and are typically ready for delivery within 2–8 weeks.
What forms of payment do you accept?
On our website we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Affirm.
What Is Affirm?

SHIPPING
How do you ship?
All of our packages are shipped fully insured via UPS, and require signature upon delivery.
Do you charge for shipping?
Enjoy complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $500.Orders under $500 ship via UPS or USPS for a flat rate of $25. Shipping rates apply only to the contiguous United States and exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Do you ship internationally?

JEWELRY CARE
Can I wear your jewelry in the shower?
Yes. Our jewelry is crafted in solid 14k gold, 18k gold, and platinum, so it can be worn in the shower. However, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotions can leave a residue on your jewelry over time, causing it to lose some of its sparkle and require more frequent cleaning.
Can I sleep in your jewelry?
Yes. Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. However, if you're a restless sleeper, delicate pieces may occasionally catch on bedding or clothing.
How do I clean my NicoleHD jewelry?
We recommend Connoisseurs fine jewelry cleaner and a super soft jewelry cloth.
REPAIRS
At NicoleHD Jewelry, we offer one complimentary repair within the first year from the date of purchase. This does not include issues arising from normal wear and tear. After that, we are happy to repair your NicoleHD Jewelry for a fee. The fee will depend on the required repair, and we will provide an estimate.Want to personalize your jewelry? We also offer alterations for a fee. We’re happy to shorten most necklaces and bracelets for you (except bangles), ensuring your pieces fit just right.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges at our discretion within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items, including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Please contact us for return or exchange authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
All orders placed over the phone are subject to the same terms of service.
