Yes! We work with people remotely all the time! Instead of coming to our showroom in NJ or our NYC office we will meet with you by FaceTime or Zoom. We will discuss what you are interested in, whether it is loose diamonds for a new ring or something fabulous from our showroom display.

Yes! A big part of our business is custom jewelry. We make engagement rings for clients all the time, as well as wedding bands, cocktail rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. All of our jewelry is crafted from 14k or 18k gold and natural diamonds and/or gemstones.

Items on our website that are in stock will be shipped within 1 -3 business days. Please allow 4 - 8 weeks for made to order items. All of our packages are shipped through UPS and are fully insured and require a signature.

No! UPS Ground shipping within the contiguous United States is complimentary on all orders over $500 (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories). All orders under $500 ship UPS or USPS for a flat rate of $15.

JEWELRY CARE

Yes. However, please know that showing in your jewelry will subject it to soap and lotions which will cause the jewelry to become dirty faster than if the jewelry is not worn in the shower. If you are ok with cleaning your jewelry more often, we are ok with you showering in it!

Yes, you can. Just know that if you are a restless sleeper, delicate items can sometimes get caught in your bedding.

We recommend Connoisseurs fine jewelry cleaner and a super soft jewelry cloth.

REPAIRS + ALTERATIONS

At NicoleHD Jewelry we offer one complementary repair within the first year from the date of purchase, does not include issues arising from normal wear and tear. After that we are happy to repair your NicoleHD Jewelry for a fee. That fee will depend upon the repair needed and an estimate will be provided.

Alterations are also available for a fee. We can shorten most necklaces and bracelets (with the exception of bangles). Rings can sometimes be sized depending on the setting.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges at our discretion within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items, including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Please contact us for return or exchange authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

All orders placed over the phone are subject to the same terms of service.
