• To keep your jewelry sparkling, we recommend using Connoisseurs Fine Jewelry Cleaner and a super-soft jewelry polishing cloth. Both are available for purchase. Do not place pearls or precious gemstones in jewelry cleaner, as certain stones can be damaged. Instead, gently wipe them with a soft cloth.
  
• Avoid using chemicals, abrasives, or solvents on any of your jewelry.

At NicoleHD Jewelry, we offer one complimentary repair within the first year from the date of purchase. This does not include issues arising from normal wear and tear. After that, we are happy to repair your NicoleHD Jewelry for a fee. The fee will depend on the required repair, and we will provide an estimate.

We accept returns and exchanges at our discretion within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items, including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase.
