Instructions

Think of this ring sizer like a finger belt! Secure the end through the "belt buckle" and form a circle. Slip your finger through and pull the end until is tight, but not uncomfortably so. You should be able to slip it back over your knuckle. Look at the little black arrow and you will see your size!

Ring Size Tips

1. Our dominant hands are generally slightly larger — make sure you measure the right finger on the correct hand!
2. Pay attention to the markings where the sizer may lock. If you are not at a full or half size, size up.
   
3. Make sure your finger is at normal body temperature — fingers can shrink or expand when hot or cold. A size up might be ideal if you live in warm areas because the heat can make your fingers swell.
4. Your fingers can change sizes throughout the day — the best time to measure your finger is the end of the day.
5. If your knuckle is bigger, take 2 measurements and choose a size in between — ring needs to fit over knuckle but not be too loose or it will shift around.
6. If you're in between ring sizes, choose a slightly bigger ring size. Making a ring smaller is much easier than trying to make it bigger.

• Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, applying lotions or perfumes, and doing household chores etc.
  
• At the end of the day, store your pieces separately to help prevent tangling, scratching, and unnecessary wear. For necklaces, place the chain in a small plastic bag with the clasp hanging outside before sealing the bag—an easy way to prevent knots and tangles.
  
• To keep your jewelry sparkling, we recommend using Connoisseurs Fine Jewelry Cleaner and a super-soft jewelry polishing cloth. Both are available for purchase. Do not place pearls or precious gemstones in jewelry cleaner, as certain stones can be damaged. Instead, gently wipe them with a soft cloth.
  
• Avoid using chemicals, abrasives, or solvents on any of your jewelry.

At NicoleHD Jewelry, we offer one complimentary repair within the first year from the date of purchase. This does not include issues arising from normal wear and tear. After that, we are happy to repair your NicoleHD Jewelry for a fee. The fee will depend on the required repair, and we will provide an estimate.

We accept returns and exchanges at our discretion within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items, including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Please contact us for return or exchange authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
